The Estate Vineyard Chardonnay

De Bortoli Yarra Valley The Estate Vineyard Chardonnay is drawn from several small plots, all within a few hundred metres of one another, on the estate vineyard at Dixons Creek in the Yarra Valley.

The fruit from each plot is handpicked and vinified separately. After gentle pressing, the juice is settled overnight then racked to seasoned French oak for fermentation. Typically nine months of maturation follows.

Light green straw, De Bortoli Yarra Valley The Estate Vineyard Chardonnay is minerally and textural with finely balanced citrus and oak flavours. Cellaring potential is six years.
